Our extensive, varied and rich corporate hospitality programme offers numerous possibilities to clients of all descriptions for a wide range of corporate events. Meeting the latest trends and most specific demands our services can give you and your guests a perfectly tailored MotoGP experience.

The design of our venues means there is always access to a general area (MotoGP Lounge) small corporate groups, individuals or private guests can be accommodated. Your decision on whether to use a Corporate Area or the MotoGP Lounge will simple be based on the number of guests you are inviting and the type of event that you are planning to organise.

MotoGP Lounge – networking and interaction

The Lounge in the MotoGP VIP VILLAGE is reserved for smaller groups and single clients.
In this area you have the opportunity to interact with other guests visiting the MotoGP VIP Village. This is the perfect place in which to socialise, network or host business meetings.

A group consisting of a minimum of 10 people can be provided with a reserved, corporate table, which will be designated by the logo of your company or organization.

Groups of under 10 people will share a table with other small parties.

The serene atmosphere of the MotoGP Lounge, incorporating the exclusive yet unobtrusive MotoGP VIP VILLAGE logo, has been created in a considered fashion allowing your individual brand logo to be clearly visible on your specified table – which our staff will seat your guests at accordingly.

CORPORATE AREA


	A Corporate Area is the ideal environement in which to host larger groups of guests, for PR events, press conferences, product launches or simply to enjoy a day at the races. Reserving a Corporate Area at your chosen Grand Prix will allow you to select from a list of included services at no extra cost in order to facilitate the event or simply create the atmosphere which you require. When booking a Corporate Area the interior of each marquee or suite can be tailored to meet your specific requirement. In order to produce the appearance you require fittings such carpets, tablecloths and floral arrangements will be appropriately customised. We have an extensive list of additional supplementary services which can be also be implemented. A minimum of 60-80 guests are required at European Grands Prix and between 60-100 guests for Grands Prix outside Europe.

	Corporate Areas can be extensively customised to optimise your corporate identity. Our premises allow you the freedom, with our assistance, to create the perfect ambience and deliver an effective message to your clients. We can create the perfect atmosphere and surroundings for your event – whether it is a conference, meeting, product launch, sales team incentive, team building initiative or annual company celebration. We can help with preparation of decoration, stage set-up and transport, with supplementary service facilities including: • Provision of hi-tech audiovisual and sound equipment. • Personalised decoration in your Corporate Area to match your corporate image. • Secure storage. • Shuttle services. • Personnel provision. • Special event assistance/management.

Host a private party in your Corporate Area and enjoy the exclusivity of the MotoGP VIP Village. Two exclusive formats of ‘Post Race’ corporate entertainment are offered in the MotoGP VIP Village for the 2009 season. 1. LOUNGE



	The Lounge at the MotoGP VIP Village is reserved for smaller groups and single clients. In this area you have the opportunity to interact with other guests visiting the MotoGP VIP Village. In the case of individuals a first and surname only must be supplied. Corporate tables in the lounge can have logos and company names displayed.
